Never got the chance to have my follow up because this lady never returned my calls or messages for the appointment. Not completely satisfied with the eyebrow work and needed the second appointment to resolve my concerns.

Hello Pauline, I remember now.... How are you? My appologies I have been away alot this year and I have found it hard balancing new routines with the old. I sifted through old messages to refresh my memory and did find it was about when I started travelling our communication waned, I am totally to blame. If you would like to try and make another time Ill redo your brows for you next week if you like. I would do them sooner however I am away teaching again at the moment and wont be back till then.
