I would not recommend this company based on my experience with the owner, Howard. During the estimating process and when it came time to collect payment, Howard was pleasant enough. However, when one of the windows they installed began leaking water into my home, the customer service completely changed. Horrible service. The owner is extremely disrespectful. Not only does he not follow up, he gets angry, curses at you, and hangs up the phone on you when you try to obtain information on a warranty for something he installed. Barely answers his phone, says he email the information needed, never received his email, I left him several voicemails, and I have to reach him through a different phone number in order for me to get in touch with him. The product is very good and the owner could not be more helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with this business. I did have a recurring problem with one window, and Howard did not rest until it was resolved. Would definitely recommend.
