I am 74 yrs old and have been getting knee injections from Dr Hirandi for the past several years. He and his staff in Culpeper Va gave me excellent care and the Dr. gave me the medical advice every step of the way. I finally had my knee replacement in January 2025. I am a little over 4 months out and am doing really well. I exceeded in my Physical Therapy with the girls at Ivy Rehab. After dislocating my knee cap and tearing ligaments resulting in a floating bone fragment, Dr. Harandi provided me with the utmost care before, during, and after my surgery. I am now almost four months post surgery and am so glad that I went with Dr. Harandi. My family and I could not recommend Dr. Harandi and his team more at Culpeper Hospital.
What can I say! I am blown away regarding the excellent care Dr. Harandi provided me! In the last year I have gone through Two surgeries (right knee and hip) total replacements. This Dr. is very easy to talk too and his ability to communicate in terms that is easy to understand in ways that made me feel comfortable. This man has my full trust. I would not recommend Dr. Harandi to anyone. He is incompetent and lacking, in judgment and good sense. My wife went to him for hip joint problems, in a lot of pain. She had surgery on the hip 2 years earlier at UVA and was Dr. Harandi was aware of it. The joint was increasing in pain, he said surgery could be possible but down the road and she would have to lose weight before he would consider it. He wanted her to exercise and do 40 squats a day.
