One of the most professional AC folks around , no challenge is too big. He is always on time he says what he will do and why and what it means , in case of emergencies he will fix it to get you out of a pickle and then plan with you a proper solution this is what I call service , I’ve been blessed to have had the benefits of his services for the past 5 years

Would definitely use airco again! Though I only called for a diagnosis he shared a lot of knowledge and ways to fix my problem. The Guy the helped out seem very genuine and honest.

It was a Saturday, March 15. One A/c came and did not come back, then I called Eric. He came on a Saturday after 6, and I originally gave him a 5 star rating. But when the a/c went out today, and I saw he pigged tail a wire off one unit to the other unit, and did the same thing in the attic, pigged tail one wire off another and charged me 600, for 30 minutes work, I was upset. A professional would not do this, so I have to warn others, so they don’t have the same thing happen.
