TLDR: a company that doesn't stand by their work and only care about ripping off their customers. AAir installed heat pumps in July 2024. I had lots of ants coming in around the heat pump this August 2025. I called them and a technician came out. Tech took off the heat pump cover to look at the install and said nothing wrong with it. He didn't use a screw driver or do any mechanical work. He was in the house for less than 5 minutes. They sent me an invoice for 225$ without warning or a heads up saying a service call is 225$ ... read more
