I have been in treatment for allergies for nearly a year with AAIR, and my experience with Dr. Kleiner and his staff has been totally positive. Everyone has been helpful, warm, and efficient. My treatment has given me my enjoyment of life back!
I have Dr. Kleiner. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than him. He so knowledgeable and kind. I am lucky to have him for a doctor. Highly recommend.
Two terrible experiences here: first one (a couple of months ago)- I called to get an appointment and they told me "tomorrow (a Thursday) at 11am at the Brighton office" which ended up being a Friday at another office..which I found out after taking the morning off of work to drive to the office to be turned away. The second (today) - I went to get my xolair shots and waited for over an hour and finally went up to the secretary who told me that she forgot to call back to let them know I was even there.
