I wish I could give zero stars! Tamia, has a nasty attitude and it is clear that this company must have been desperate to hire someone with such low moral turpitude! People pay entirely too much money to rent a house and have to deal with people like her that just don't want to work. Rent from Little and Young or Homeowners Property Management Group! Both have great employees!
Im writing this review with a broken heart because i hate leaving bad reviews. This review is subject to change upon improvement of service. This place helped me and my GF get our first house to move in together a exciting journey for a young couple to muster up the courage and take. The shower/bathtub wall liner(?) was loose. Our concern was that moisture may have caused a problem. I saw nothing, but wanted maintenance to check it out. Nothing was found, the liner was sealed. The maintenance provider did a good job. Will continue to monitor.
This business has asked me to waive my right as a service member who serves active duty military. They are asking soldiers to waive the service members civil relief act, which is in place for a reason. This act protects service members when the military decides to have members move at any given moment. I am so offended and will not recommend this business to anyone.

Ms ******* either misunderstood, or did not read the form she is referring to. Our company does use the standard form provided by the North Carolina Association of Realtors. This form is OPTIONAL. We do not require it be signed and it is not used as a waiver of rights for tenants who are being relocated by the military. This form is used to allow evictions of military service members who fail to pay rent to the homeowner as agreed in the rental contract.
