The customer service could use improvement. More variety of products to choose from may help improve the shopping experience. We usually only shop when we have gift cards for this location.
This Main Exchange at Shaw Air Force Base is small but carries pretty much everything that Soldiers, retirees and their families might need. We visited recently while we were visiting the AFB, and found this exchange had very affordable prices and products. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff employees were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm sure service members without a vehicle, are very thankful for the base exchange.
