I was basically screwed around from almost day one. HR failed to sign me up for my insurance several times. It literally took me close to a month of almost daily phone calls to actually get my health insurance. Also HR overstepped their boundaries on several occasions trying to make medical decisions that contradicted what my doctor had stated. Great coworkers though! Super friendly people.
I was let go due to cost cut effort. Termination letter stated “it was determined in December 2022 that the position you hold would be eliminated. Due to some internal delays, we are just now communicating this news to you “. With a heads up, I could have been looking for a new job for the last two months or more. This seems unethical to me. At my age it is hard enough to get another job without losing that time. AAF has showed me that they do not value their employees.
