Don has zero business etiquette. Got into our house next second he knocked the door (there is a door bell and nobody can hear him knocking) so he just entered catches me in jumpsuit without even telling he’s going to come over at that day. Asked him to give a heads up at least 30 min before he’s coming which he did when got on my parking lot already (this is important as I have to ask my husband to come over and give them the access). Don was wonderful to deal with. I called and Don was heading home, he went out of his way to come by as my furnace stopped working on a very cold night. Exceptionally prompt, efficient and knowledgable. Call Don, before you call anyone else! 10/10!
We have been using Don and his company for as long as we can remember for all of our heating and cooling needs. Don came highly recommended from a personal friend. Don always makes time to help us even with his very busy schedule. This weekend we arrived at the cottage and had an issue that needed quick resolution.
