We recently rented a Naples home from Aadvisor in fall 2018. The pricey home is in a lovely neighborhood. The home was not in proper condition upon possession. We had to move due to water damage at our other home. Aadvisor has not helped us get the owner to repair even the urgent and basic defects. The basic terms of the rental contract are not even repaired. We are tidy professional people who do not deserve to be treated this way. Shame on Aadvisor and the owner.
Run! This company is the worst I have ever encountered and having to hire an attorney for the first time in my life to deal with them. They don't care about you or your property.
They won't return phone calls, texts or emails. My experience is the same as everyone else's posted on the internet. Wish I would have ready them first.
Make sure they actually have a contract on the place you're renting...
