DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Started with them renting me a filthy apartment that was never cleaned homeless people poop in our laundry room and do dope and leave needles behind my property has literally been stolen twice in the last week once by another tenant they have it all on camera and do not care at all.
I paid a $1500 deposit and lived in one of their properties for 26 months with on time payments and left the home spotless. So spotless, that the next tenant moved right in. I requested a walk through prior to my departure, they refused. This is a tactic to trump up charges and steal security deposits. This place is horrible. Not only are they rude, they are vicious! As a landlord, I've let Landmark manage a few of my properties, I later find out that my tenants were upset because Landmark would not call them back or scheduled repairs. When the tenants leave (its like taking a kid to the dentist), they are nearly impossible to reach just so i can scheduled a walk around for a estimate on repairs. Molitor & Associates is a great company. As a landlord, Bob is extremely helpful in finding good quality renters. He's extremely experienced and honest and I've used him for over 7 years and he's always helped me find responsible, reliable tenants for my properties. I'd definitely use him again.
Bob is a wonder to work with -- conscientious, smart as all get out, attentive to detail and nobody's fool. He helped us rent out a small house on our property and couldn't have been more helpful or insightful. He was always on top of things, experienced in counsel, and always ready, willing and able to give us help, advice and assurances. Joan the property manager takes advantage of college students and their parents. She has illegally kept our security deposit which is for damages only. Their leases are full of unreasonable expenses, fees, and language. I'm a full time real estate agent and well versed in leases. Do not rent from or use Red Elephant Rentals.
Me and my girl payed them on time every month and still gets put out they don't fix anything they have mold in there house they are a rip out I got 5000 assistance paid up front soon as that ran out yall can't renew the lease so they put us out in a pandemic and want there rent for March in we don't even live there fuck them remember herny briggs is a rip out they just getting over on young people
This business is a joke! They lie through their teeth and treat people that don't go along with them 100% like crap. I have never seen more residents unhappy with the property management ever! I was on the HOA at Linden Green for 2 years and wanted to interview other property managers and Chris DiMarco has had it out for me ever since. This company is diobolical at best. He already said he was going to quit our complex because of another negative review-tag me and I will be happy to give you details.
