Dr. Shim performed substandard dentistry and then charged to fix her own mistakes. Please see the picture of the poorly designed filling that she made. It failed in six months. The pic below was taken 6 months after it was created by Dr. Shim. That is only one example of the poor dentistry that she performed while I was under her care. She fooled me into thinking she was a good dentist with her aadvanced social skills. She is not. But she is adept at shifting the blame away from herself. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! If I could give more stars I would. As someone with dental anxiety they put me at ease so much! The whole team from the front desk to the dentists were so wonderful and understanding! Both the Doctor and dental hygienist were confident, knowledgeable, sweet and kind! I truly can’t express how wonderful the experience was. I felt so heard and seen the doctor went above and beyond with my care and I will be going back forever!!

I've been a patient of AAdvanced Dental for a very long for many good reasons. Initially because of the natural and "organic" way they practice dentistry, being as conservative, non-invasive and health conscious as possible. I've had many kinds of work done and all of it was so concientious, skillful and professional. I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Dr. Inna is extremely knowledgeable and truly dedicated to her profession. She is always continuing her education, taking advanced courses, and constantly developing her skills, which really shows in the quality of her work and care. I’ve spoken to the front desk, Shelley and she is not friendly at all. They really need to change their customer service skills when it comes to answering the phone OR their staff.
