I called them for a tow and gave the driver instructions to leave keys in the drop box for my mechanic. Would you believe it if I told you the driver dropped my car off and and kept the keys? Yes! And we called them to let them know the key was not in the dropbox and they would need to get back there to deliver the keys. The driver had went on another tow job meanwhile my mechanic had to sit and wait for my keys to arrive.
