Do you have AACES up your sleeve(see what I did there), well you should. They installed my unit over a year and a half ago and I have the Biannual maintenance, a must have you will not be sorry. So my AC decided to give out in this heat, was unsure about the response I would get being such short notice, It was a Thursday, I called and to my delight they sent Seth out the same afternoon! Full replacement of outdoor evap cooler went smoothly. The new unit is working great, the installers did a great job. I feel like the price was a little higher than average but I have had some bad experiences with other places so I would consider it fair for how quickly they were able to do it. Some scheduling delays and someone delivered all the equipment and parts to the curb of the property and left it overnight without communicating with me.
