I had the unfortunate displeasure of having to speak with David Adelstein last week. He is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would have expected the CFO to have a better understanding of how important patient satisfaction and experience is. He clearly has disdain for all of this company's patients. I have cancelled my appointment and will never return to this business.
