Paul James is good people I made alot of money painting his houses back in the day.lots of money
No issues from the company until I decided not to purchase the home from them. When I moved out the owner Paul showed up before the scheduled time which he can not legally do. Then he proceeded to call me and claim it would cost him 5,000.00 to clean the house up. I've rented the same place from AAC and Paul James for almost 8 years now. That is the longest I have ever lived anywhere in my 55 years circling the sun. Paul James and his staff are simply the best in my experience with a genuine regard for their properties and tenants. Too often property managers tend to forget that they have signed the lease too and have obligations as much as the lessee. But that is not the case with AAC at all.
