Ken, the owner, is someone who preys on those in need of HVAC/AC services. Yet he addressed himself as a good honest person. I was out of town and requested a quote from him on my ac unit. He said it would be $89 to do the estimate, which would explain what was wrong with the unit. I agreed to the pay the fee. Within an hour of doing the work, Ken called me back and said he needed $70 more to check the compressor, which he thought was already bad. Ken has installed and maintained both our business and home HVAC systems. Last summer our AC went out and he came right away to diagnose, ordered the parts and came back when the parts arrived to repair our Heat pump. Ken is very knowledgeable and does things the right way. Highly recommend.
