We had very high regards for Mallika after meeting her during her visit to San Antonio. She was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process, which left a great impression on us. However, the experience since then has been disappointing. We were provided a number to reach out for follow-up, which turns out to be the Dallas store number. Mallika gaaru, the owner, was personally involved in helping me choose the perfect piece, and her warmth and attention to detail made the whole process special. The jewelry is stunning and of excellent quality. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this store!
