Shoddy workmanship!. Shutters were installed incorrectly and screws were loose.
I was happy with the service and our installation despite it taking longer than initially expected. We paid a $400 Permit fee to which I was assured a permit with the City of Sunrise was submitted. 2 years after we receive a Violation Notice from the city of Sunrise as no permit was submitted. I am told the company is no longer in existence.
We are very very unhappy with our NEW shutters. First thing is that there are NO handles to close the shutters and there is nothing to hold them tight. I would never recommend this company after they said to us that it’s to bad. The owner of the company could careless
Been waiting since first of august for someone to come and measure. Called 3 times. Always same excuse. Water and electric tools don’t mix. Hurricane season. Had 3 days to cancel so will lose my deposit. Their contract doesn’t say 3 months to install. Frustrated in sunrise
