We purchased a refurbished Celltron Advantage unit from AAA Testers. Serial number: 0615122642. From day one, the unit did not work correctly. The USB port corrupts any USB drive immediately upon insertion, causing the drive to lose its file system. This makes the equipment unusable for data export and firmware updates. We contacted AAA Testers multiple times. The only option offered was to return the unit for analysis. We shipped the unit back, and DHL confirmed delivery, but since then communication has been extremely poor... read more
