The technician showed up onsite, spent approximately 15 minutes adjusting an already existing flapper, and then had the audacity to collect $375 for minimal work. Before he was even dispatched, I made it absolutely clear that our policy requires a 24-hour hold before payment is issued and he agreed. Tech went onsite and did a job for 15 minutes, collected $375 for rearranging a flapper that was already onsite and left. Before sending him to the job, I stated in the rules that he has to wait 24 hours before receiving payment as per our rules and he agreed, then to disagree after not receiving his payments within 12 hours. Threatened to collect money from the store.... Was rude and extremely DISRESPECTFUL with me on the phone as if I did something wrong with him. Not to be used ever again!!!!! I have nothing but the best experience with this company. First of all the owner Nikolay was very fast with his response, came right away to our apartment on a Friday evening. The pricing was reasonable for the amount of work and the complexity of the job. He has a lot of experience and the overall quality of work was outstanding. He changed our kitchen faucet with a new one and replaced the two old valves underneath the kitchen sink.
