Don’t waste your time with this company. They have no experience in customer service and need additional training, including the manager whose name she stated with Eric, but not quite sure if she was even telling the truth. When you bring an issue to them they will constantly interrupt you and make smart comments towards you stating it’s not there job. They will refuse to take your payment over the phone even though other options are unavailable and charge a convenience fee.
Units are clean. Property is clean. Since switching management, it is extremely hard to make contact with anyone. It's all very well unless you need to contact someone. This review was placed on 10/20/2025
Easy to enter and clean storage unit.
Emergency line doesn’t work. Company does not prorate or try to make right any wrongs. Office help is argumentative and tries to twist around conversations in their favor. Had a job to do. Arrived to pick up items needed for a job. They had placed a lock on door. Tried to call the emergency line but no one answers. It just hangs up on you. My unit had been paid on time. Unable to speak to anyone for 3 hours. Cost me half a day. But also costed me another half day to do the job because now others will have to wait until the j... read more
Sharon has been absolutely fantastic. She has been very friendly, patient and clearly explains everything including options. She is a true gem!!! The climate controlled storage units are beautiful and clean and a good value.
