Emergency line doesn’t work. Company does not prorate or try to make right any wrongs. Office help is argumentative and tries to twist around conversations in their favor. Had a job to do. Arrived to pick up items needed for a job. They had placed a lock on door. Tried to call the emergency line but no one answers. It just hangs up on you. My unit had been paid on time. Sharon has been absolutely fantastic. She has been very friendly, patient and clearly explains everything including options. She is a true gem!!! The climate controlled storage units are beautiful and clean and a good value.
The staff at the Inwood location are always so friendly and welcoming. They always have a great attitude and enthusiasm to help their customers. The prices are reasonable as well. The grounds are kept clean. I am truly happy with the service.
