Units are clean. Property is clean. Since switching management again they have opened the on-site office again, that is a plus. Brandon is very helpful. The online process is less than smooth. I have had units in Harrisonburg, VA and now Inwood. I'm glad it's now Valley Storage. I had such a good experience in Harrisonburg
