Their customer service is abysmal. The people who answer the phone can’t help because they aren’t on site. The people on site won’t return voicemails or emails.
Unit and overall facility was always free of bugs or trash. Easy sign up and access. Recommended if you need local storage.
LeAnn was a sweetheart and took care of me right over the phone. She was knowledgeable about your business operations and very engaging personality. I booked a storage room with little to no effort! Highly recommend
Easy to signup and friendly and courteous staff. Corey is proactive and helpful. Unit was clean, accessible and met my needs well.
Constantly increased rental costs unt they 2.5 times their original costs. I somehow don’t think the backend costs increased that many much. When it got extremely hot out the ceiling material dripped down onto my things which did not come off easily.
