I signed up for a storage unit here a couple months ago and in the process the storage facility was bought out by a larger company. Since then they have closed the onsite office and there is little oversight at the facility with a person coming from a Martinsburg office once a day to check on the facility during the week. Additionally it is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone as all calls are now directed to a call center nowhere near the facility with people that have no knowledge of the location or your unit.
