Very organized and friendly
Horrible customer service upfront guy stays very disrespectful to women and has no professionalism unfortunately I needed a storage right away but I will never choose the storage ever again homeless people be living in the storage units in a restroom is disgusting and they'll send you a letter talking about the increased your unit just because $8 is $8 and I could definitely use that on a loaf of bread or milk
The storage unit is good. It is secure at night and available when needed.
All I have to say is they don't ever answer the phone, will be open at 9:00 but phones will not be answered, but they will make sure to call you and let you know you got a late fee and that your bill is late, also the manager is very rude and disrespectful does not know how to talk to people or women you can't even call and ask a generic question without him taking it personal I don't know what kind of trauma he has but he should not be in that status if he cant communicate professionally.
