Once again the team at AAAA Nassau collision & towing have done another great job. I recommend this job all the time to my family and friends and they never fail. They do an amazing job every time. The owners of this shop are very nice and genuine people. If you are in need of a tow or need body work done to your car do not hesitate to contact them, you will be in a good hands. I don’t ever leave reviews when I encounter DISGUSTING service but the woman at the front desk was so nasty and unprofessional that I must warn anyone before coming to this facility or having their car towed here. She was highly unprofessional and rude. From the minute I entered the facility she was on the phone arguing with someone. Then when she finally got off her phone she asked me what I needed I told her the make and model of my car at least 4 times in the maybe 7 minutes I spoke to her. AMAZING! Absolutely amazing service from them. Karen & Omar were extremely helpful when it came to getting my car back from a towing company all the way out in Oceanside. I barely lift a finger. They took care of everything all I did was provide my information. I couldn’t be more grateful. 1000/1000. I recommend this place to everyone. Trust that you will be in great hands!!
If you need a collision shop this is where to go. I’ve been serviced by them a few years back and used them again because of the great experience. They made the process so easy from the insurance company, car rental, from start to finish they kept me updated at all times. I got the VIP treatment when my car was done they dropped it off to me at my job loved it. Karen, Omar and the team are the best no other place will give you that top notch service thank you guys!
