5 Star Costumer service, Quick In & Out Service, Friendly Staff
I originally had an appointment in Larkin plaza for my DL remewal, but due to an incodent it was canceled and the building was close for the day. Now, I didn't make any appointments for triple AAA and just did a walk in. At first, I wasnt allowed to because they were fully booked, I was sad, but I tried at least. As I was leaving, the employee named, Nancy or Nancie, chased me outside, and squeezed me in the schedule, which is a blessing in disguise :). This place has the best customer service. We've come here for our drivers license renewals and foreign currency for trips, and the staff is always helpful, efficient, and friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes; they make it so easy.
