I went here on June 24th with a prescheduled appointment to get a real ID and found the location closed with no explanation and nobody to contact. I had waited a long time for that appointment. I had booked it before traveling. It definitely was not professional and left a very sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn’t rely on this location if you need AAA for an important service. I recently visited AAA in Yonkers to transfer plates and register a car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I was in and out in under 15 minutes! James assisted me, he was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and stress-free. This was by far one of the easiest DMV-related tasks I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for fast and efficient service.

Giving credit for a positive client focused experience by the team at AAA Yonkers today (Monday, July 28, 2025). We had an appointment for a driver's permit for our 16 year old.
