Extremely rude management, will reconsider my membership after this interaction. Being unable to accommodate someone is one thing, having a disrespectful attitude about it is another.
EVERY single person at this location is friendly. While an appointment is encouraged, the team saw me during a walk-in for IDP. When I mentioned I had just sold my car and would like to surrender plates, even though the person who handles DMV related appointments was very busy, he made an effort to see me between slots. Very kind people towards customers but also amongst themselves as team members.
You would be infinitely better off just going to the DMV -- they are just looking for a reason not to help. They made it needlessly complicated to get a duplicate document earlier today. While driving back and forth to the office it was clear to me that I just should have gone to the *actual* DMV, I have had far better customer service experiences at the DMV. The absolute worst. I would cancel my membership if the roadside assistance had not been so helpful in the past.
Great Customer Service and was able to accomplish what I needed in a few minutes.
This place makes things SOOOOO easy. Highly recommend coming here for all your needs. In and out....
