Great storage facility. Onsite staff is very friendly and they have a large variety of units and parking.
1. They raised my rent TWICE in less than a year. The SECOND monthly price raise was a 30% PRICE INCREASE. So, they advertise low prices and price gouge you once you have moved your items into storage unit. 2. MASSIVE LEAK AND WATER DAMAGE. My unit was full of moldy items with standing water. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FRAUDS.
Clean, easy drive in/out. Lynn signed me up for a ground floor drive up unit. Am so happy that the other two places I visited were unacceptable. An added bonus (for me) is that it's literally 3 minutes from home! Edit: This review was written when the facility was AAA Xtra Storage. I have not reviewed Big Ben yet; we'll see how high the prices go and how the changes made affect the "quality of life".
Fantastic price, clean facility, exceptionally friendly staff. I can’t recommend this location enough to all of my Prescott friends.
