The management is super nice. They keep their storage units and properties in good condition. Their rental prices are fair.

Clean, easy drive in/out. Lynn signed me up for a ground floor drive up unit. Am so happy that the other two places I visited were unacceptable. An added bonus (for me) is that it's literally 3 minutes from home!

These nice people told me they would let me have my moms cremains, they lied and threw her away. Thanks xtrastorage. Great way to be human. Please think twice when you get down on your luck.

Not only have I been a longterm customer for forever! This place has easy parking, and security in place they also maintain the property. Everything is always clean and groomed. In addition, they have great, in person, customer service. To my knowledge all buildings stay cool inside all summer as well. Highly recommend.
