Not great self storage facility. The good reviews are because the customer service is actually good! It was once a locally owned company that was bought by a larger self storage corporation. Many of the units are prone to minor flooding or are filled with gaps large enough for rodents to get in. Cars are left abandoned in the middle of the road so you can’t get to units or drive through (pic 1). There are several units that effectively have people living out of them. While I haven't been to the actual facility yet, Sebastian was Extremely helpful helping me set up everything. I'm confident it will be as good as the service has been so far.
