Do NOT hire AAA. They hired an incompetent subcontractor to do siding work and the project manager never set foot on the property before the project or while the work was being done, which led to about a dozen different issues with the siding (and the police ended up getting involved). The communication throughout was very poor, with us usually having to call them to get answers on stuff they said they would get back to us on. I was very pleased with AAA. They did everything as promised. They were polite and hard working. I bought a new roof from them and it comes with a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend AAA. I need new windows and I will be buying from them in the Spring

My husband and I wanted siding for our home. The salesman gave us a price of $8,500. I gave him $1,000 down. $500 in a check and $500 cash. The salesman wrote the contract for $8,000, which means he pocketed $500 cash. They let us make monthly payments and the siding would be installed in our house when we paid $4,000 and the other $4,000 would be due at the completion of the job. Please read before making any judgments We received a call from AAA, they wanted to see if they can offer a quote on roofing since they were going to be in the AREA. I told them No, but asked if there did Storm doors. They replied yes they had a whole line of doors that include installation and they can send a Salesperson out that can show what is available and supply a quote. We had AAA put a roof on our house in 2017 we have had 3 leaks. It is not easy to get someone to come and fix them. On the first leak they came and did some caulking around a vent, which didn't help. When we had our bathroom remodeled by a different company they found water was coming in between the kitchen and bathroom. AAA side they would send someone out to look at this new leak. When I said that I wouldn't be home until 3:30 I was told I didn't need to be there. So how do I know if anyone showed up to fix the leak? I hav... read more

SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY DO NOT ALLOW THEIR REPRESENTATIVES IN YOUR HOME. I WAS IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW DOOR WITH SIDELIGHTS. THE REP FED ME A LINE ABOUT SOME RICH HOME OWNER ORDERED THE DOOR THEN CHANGED THEIR MIND. I DID NOT BELIEVE THAT STORY AT ALL BUT SINCE I WAS IN THE MARKET I ORDERED FROM THEM.
