This is a great storage facility they make sure your stuff does not get damaged and if it does they bring it to your attention also wanted to shout out their worker Audrey who is amazing!!! calls me when I might have late fees to prevent them, She is super kind and has a very positive personality! Like I said she is amazing!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Audrey is the best, she has been so helpful and accommodating of our needs. In my initial conversation with her, she went above and beyond to find the size of storage unit we needed and apply any specials they were running. Audrey keeps the facility clean and does such a great job of treating it like she's storing her own important items there. The facility is very secure. I wish I would have found this facility sooner!
Been here for many years great people clean facility I would refer anybody here over and over again! It's is a great storage facility like I have said but lately the management has been lacking some communication between tenants and her self. She hasn't been replying to messages or a answering the phones much, and when your having a hard time logging into your on line account to see your balance due it's frustrating when she doesn't return calls.
Audrey is the most amazing property manager. She is always so helpful and kind, which means a lot to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!
