Always a welcoming experience!! That's because they have actual caring and personable Humans working there. A rep, Donna, called me today to review my coverages. Our interaction led me to things I had forgotten about, so that was a meaningful call...and thank you for that!! AAA is horrible, all I want to do is make sure my account is current and change my address and all they do is transfer me all around (between holds and transfers I was on hold over and hour) two days in a row and this time after being on hold for almost 30 minutes disconnected me. If someone and I mean ONE person can assist me please contact me THANKS!!
