I am a first time customer with AAA Auto Insurance, and this will most definitely be my last time with this company! My vehicle was hit by a careless driver. I submitted photos, videos and called AA police to the scene in support of my claim of this accident. Colleen and Brittany were excellent to work with and patient. Colleen helped with setting up 4 new accounts and Brittany set up 2 car rentals for an upcoming trip. It is very nice to deal with an actual human who is doing everything they can to meet your needs and expectations.

AAA is horrible, all I want to do is make sure my account is current and change my address and all they do is transfer me all around (between holds and transfers I was on hold over and hour) two days in a row and this time after being on hold for almost 30 minutes disconnected me. If someone and I mean ONE person can assist me please contact me THANKS!!
