Do not EVER get a battery from them! It’s been a horrible experience for me. Brand new battery 6 weeks old and had to have it jumped already. The guy told me to take it and have it charged!! Are you kidding me, it’s brand new. My car is only 6 years old. I’m certainly not done with them yet!
I witnessed my relative’s car get severely damaged during a roadside assistance call arranged through AAA. Their third-party contractor, A-1 Towing, claimed they could safely recover the vehicle but instead caused major damage to the entire right side. What’s worse, the follow-up investigation appeared to side with the contractor, downplaying physical evidence and witness accounts. This feels less like accountability and more like avoiding responsibility — not the AAA many of us grew up trusting.
