If you like horror stories, here is one that is informative as well. I rarely use AAA but in the past 35 years of membership, it has been useful on occasion. I think back, and three jump starts, a tow, and when I was first driving, I had the bad habit of locking myself of the car prior to remotes. Yesterday I had called for a tow truck to pick up my car to take to dealership my car broke down the first time I called they told me it would b a hour ended up being 4 hours what a total disgrace how do yu leave customer hanging around that long yu need to improve yur customer service what a disgusting disgrace
