well worth my membership fee--trip ticket to Charleston and surrounding state books were very helpful

Called ahead to ask if they can do something for my license they told me they could. I got there and the person doing licensing gave me an attitude telling they they couldn't do what I needed and made it look like I was the one that inconvenienced.
Courteous and knowledgeable help with an International Drivers License and the purchase of Euros for our trip.
