AAA Utica has terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment today with a representative to plan an important trip. When I arrived to the appointment I was informed that the person with whom I made the appointment had called in sick. I informed the supervisor that it would have been common sense for someone to contact me prior to traveling to the appointment to let me know that it was canceled.
