I have not used this service but am countering the unfair one star review. If a service provider cannot help me because they are booked up this tells me 1. Their services are in demand by others and 2. They are honest, not stringing me along, and I can move forward to resolve my issue.
Called to get a bid on my roof and reply was "I'm too busy". Why would you turn away work or even answer your phone?
