I have been a member at AAA for at least 9 years. This was the worst support I have had from a AAA branch. The process for them to get me onboard during the move and get my payment was smooth, but as soon as I had an issue, it is impossible to get a hold of them. I have been trying to contact Maria Milonovich (an insurance agent) about an incorrect charge of nearly $1,600 at least 3-4 times and contacted the office as well, but she is no where to be found and this incorrect bill is due in a week from now. I visited the store to purchase an EZPass transponder and received excellent service.
Extremely unprofessional experience at the AAA DMV Select in Vienna, VA. I came in to title and register a vehicle and was told to sit in the waiting area. After waiting more than 25 minutes, a staff member informed me they were not doing any DMV work because the “DMV lady didn’t show up today.” The employee who turned me away claimed she does not handle DMV work, even though she personally helped me title a vehicle at this exact location less than a year ago.
