very bad service did not deliver parts that were asked for and even overcharged for parts we got but could not use will not be going back EVER
Went for struts and was misheard due to distraction. Received the wrong parts. When I finally got the correct parts after paying extra found out they were blown and no good. They continued to deny and deflect. Let this be your LAST choice for auto parts.
Went to get a couple struts for my Lexus I was misunderstood and received the wrong parts, they refused to take responsibility for the mistake and charged me more money to get the correct part. Now I have the correct struts but they are blown and no good. They refuse to correct their mistake. Denial is the business model. Avoid at all costs!
They had great service and helped me right away,they were also very friendly.I am very impressed with their business.
