They’re under new management. They recently replaced the operator.
I've never used their services; I was almost hit by one of their trucks! When I found them online, I called the number and was sent into a maze of options and voice boxes. I called back and pressed "1" to speak with an operator. I was told that they were an outside answering service that didn't actually work for the company! She would be glad to take my name and number, and send it along to the company. Perhaps they would get back to me later. Seriously?
