I have been a AAA member for many years. In the past, I have had several negative experiences with different agents. They rushed the process and did not address my questions fully. However, few months ago I randomly had the chance to talk to one of the excellent agents at this branch, Danielle Soares. She was exceptionally kind and patient. I needed to pick up a DMV handbook to study I was immediately greeted with big smiles and warmth! What a nice office and customer service, I am happy that I chose AAA for my auto needs!!
