Little bit of back story. I went to go look at a vehicle they had for sale that they had put a transmission in but the owner abandoned instead of paying for the repair. After a little conversation I was going to go for a test drive and mentioned I was car shopping for my 16 year old daughter. Jimmy Powell who I was dealing with straight out told me “you do not want to buy this model car for your daughter.” Apparently that particular model has a lot of problems and is unreliable. They've done a lot of work on all my vehicles they stand behind their job I'll continue to take my vehicles to them
Jessie rebuilt my transmission during April of 2025. During the cold weather of January of 2026 , I got into my truck and it would not shift. Called Jessie about the problem and he was at my house the next day during the snow. Turned out to be nothing related to the rebuild. A plastic connector had broken on shifter. He repaired it and told me no charge. Had to make him take a few bucks. You can't beat that kind of service.
