This was the first time using this service for my daughter who had recently transitioned from a manual wheelchair to a power wheelchair. Since I was no longer able to transport her anywhere, because I didn't own a wheelchair accessible van, I hired this service as a birthday gift to my daughter for a day of shopping. Ii was so anxious about my son being transported to an appointment. It was his first time going out since he got home and he was still medically fragile. As soon as the driver pulled up he came and asked if he could help with anything. We had a really tight turn but he maneuvered it carefully got us in the van.
