I highly recommend Gary and AAA Transit! I have worked with him or his driver Alexis at least three times so far to safely transport my dad in a wheelchair to and from medical appointments, sometimes as far as 45 minutes away. They take care to drive safely and help us in to the offices and back out. Gary has been kind, professional, and very flexible on occasions where it was unclear how long we would be at the doctor’s appointment. Great experiences using AAA Transit. I have used AAA Transit many times - drivers have been friendly, professional and on time for pickups. I would recommend.
I’ve used AAA Transport 3 times now. The drivers are always on time, professional, and courteous. One of the trips the van broke down and Gary called around and arranged other transport for us so my mom wouldn’t miss her medical appointment. Amazing customer service like you used to get from companies that wanted your business.
I used AAA transit for a ride home after eye surgery. My driver was the company's owner, who was great. Every other company I contacted either didn't serve my area or was very expensive. AAA is based in Fairfield, but was willing to transport me from Santa Rosa to Novato I recommend AAA Transit for anyone who needs a ride home from a hospital but doesn't need an ambulance. Fair prices, too.
