I'm writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and frustrating experiences at this location. Two weeks ago was my first visit for my real Id, I brought a copy of my birth certificate not original, I was told by the associate I needed my original birth certificate..I let her know I had other documents including my social security card etc. At that moment she made me aware they do not ask for social security card.
