The Mecanic department lacks the knowledge it seems, taken a car ther to fix a couple of time for the same reason ended up using another mecanic and the problem it's fix, maby in the DMV department is ok but Macanic side needs improvement.

I was a frequent customer here until recently. Last month I brought my 2019 Ford Fusion in because I was experiencing jerking. I advised of the issue beforehand and that I had an extended warranty thru AAA. After keeping my vehicle for approximately two hours, they informed me that you were unable to proceed with diagnostics due to not having the correct tools for the vehicle. Unexpectedly need 4 new tires, brought it in on a Saturday, no appointment. Not only did they have it done in just a few hours, they worked hard to get the price down for me. So thankful for the front desk staff and AAA all together! <3
