Was inquiring about renewing our AAA Auto Tow package. Very helpful. Friendly.
I had been to this location a few times with no previous problems, but this experience has me researching other repair shops. I dropped my car off the night prior for an appointment at 11am for an oil change and to diagnose a possible leak. At 1:20pm I hadn't received any update so I called and was told it was going in shortly. At 3:45pm I hadn't received any other updates so I called again and was told it was going in soon and that they could do the oil change and diagnostics, but they wouldn't be able to do any repairs tod... read more
I thought the treatment in this place was good.
The one star here is for the mechanics who actually worked on my car. They did a great job and now my car is driving as good as it did when I first bought it. As far as everything else is concerned, my experience was not so great. Customer service is absolutely appalling. It may as well be nonexistent. My back left tire blew out last Friday around 2:30 and I immediately called AAA. I was able to park in a lot and they told me that the tow truck would arrive around 3:06.
