The one star here is for the mechanics who actually worked on my car. They did a great job and now my car is driving as good as it did when I first bought it. As far as everything else is concerned, my experience was not so great. Customer service is absolutely appalling. It may as well be nonexistent. My back left tire blew out last Friday around 2:30 and I immediately called AAA. I was able to park in a lot and they told me that the tow truck would arrive around 3:06. Horrendous people there! So bad an experience im canceling membership
I needed my car towed & called Triple A, Alex came to where the car & I were located. He very carefully loaded my car & took me & the car to the place I could get it fixed. He was just as careful in getting my car off of the tow vehicle. Alex was very efficient, friendly & professional. I would highly recommend AAA.
