Extremely nice, but most of all... HONEST. I've had work done a few times here, including once I expected to have my brakes replaced but they told me the squeaking I was hearing was just a hard spot in a pad and it would go away in a few days after it wore past (which it did). They could have tool advantage and replaced everything like I intended but it wasn't needed. I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else, great work, honest, helpful, reasonable.
Had work done there awhile ago, still waiting to see the pictures they supposedly took to show me !!
Was quickly scheduled, diagnosed and repaired in half a day! And AS ADVERTISED, NO work done UNTIL I was called and consulted before doing it (as it should be at ANY shop!) Thanks for the ride to work, Robert! Last week (July 2016) I took in a used vehicle we were considering purchasing to take advantage of the "Before You Buy Auto Inspections" service that Auto Tech offers.
