Amazing people amazing job highly recommended
Worst customer service experience as a new customer. We had a cleaning scheduled, and to start off I had to call to confirm this appointment earlier in the week. I should've taken that as a warning based on who i spoke with on the phone, very unprofessional. Trusted that our date was secure, and then their technician no showed on the appointment date. Very disappointing. No alternatives offered, or communication from their end while "waiting to hear from their technician". Absolutely do not recommend.
My experience with AAA Superior Services was great company!!! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and gave the best recommendations based on my space. I'll definitely be booking again and requesting him specifically!
