Do not ever rent from them!! They put on bookings in the small print something about allocate on arrival?!?! I’ve NEVER heard of that in that past 3 years using bookings. We get to the air bnb thinking we picked a nice place. We were shocked by the state of this house. It looked like someone lived in it a very long time and was not a clean person and then this management company wiped it down and put some old nasty furniture in it thinking it’s all good. Don’t ever rent from this host! Air B & B should be ashamed they allow this scam of a company to be a host.
Look at the other reviews. The place we rented from them was run down, dirty, the toilets leaked, dishwasher was broken and they advertise it with a hot tub and pool that doesn't come with heat. They left a note on the kitchen table wanting an extra $55 a day to heat it. And they will also try to say you left it a mess when it was gross when you walked in.
Spent a large amount of money renting a property in reunion resort that was managed by this company, we walked in to a filthy house, floors were dirty, broken glass on the carpet, bottom of the children's feet were black after 5 minutes, black mold in the toilet bowl and jacuzzi, just not been cleaned for a long time, I would never rent another property that was managed by this company, make sure you check before booking, and on top of it they have a bad attitude when you bring the issues up
