I WAS a customer. I got a storage slip in the middle of the month of March 2011 and paid the price for a full month. So they said that come April 1 2011 I was late. I was like um, well I have only been there for 15 days, and I paid a full month, what gives? They said, you are late and a lock has been placed on your storage slip. SO I paid my bill right then and there, it was only like 50 bucks including the late fee of \$10, and they STILL did not take the lock off my storage unit for 2 more days.
