First of all, Michelle actually answered the phone when I called. She has been amazing. I had certain criteria I needed and she went above and beyond to help me out to get just what I needed. Also, the online booking system is very, very good. No issues with it at all. I highly recommend this facility and particularly Michelle, as she really cares about her customers.
