I was about to move out of AAA Storage because I needed a larger unit. Mind you, I had not been in the office for a while, so I went inside to speak to management. They spoke with me and we discussed why I wanted to move and instead of moving; they took the time to hear my situation and worked around my needs. A unit wasn't ready for the time that I needed my unit and they made one available for me.
