Facility is not secure enough, not enough lighting, doors are made of thin metal that can be cut using boat cutters, no need to worry about cutting off locks or picking them. Also, gate entry time of 6AM-9PM is too short for an urban location. Especially since they advertise on their business cards that they offer 24 hour access.
I used AAA storage for 3 months and thought it was a great place to hold my stuff. Clean. Gate works well. Had no issues. Zero concerns. Will certainly use them again if I ever need to.
Bob and Lisa are great, very friendly and nice, they make you feel at home when you step in the office, and prices are very affordable, great location
