The manager's customer service was outstanding. And the property looked clean and kept.

Moved from TX back to MI and needed extra storage.. Unrelated fraud alert on card which made payment unable to process, I was given a kind call or email to remind me of the error. Hate I forgot her name but she was the best manager /receptionist/ customer service rep and beautiful human who really made me feel appreciated for their service. Storage clean, protected, great location, best rates too
Facility is not secure enough, not enough lighting, doors are made of thin metal that can be cut using boat cutters, no need to worry about cutting off locks or picking them. Also, gate entry time of 6AM-9PM is too short for an urban location. Especially since they advertise on their business cards that they offer 24 hour access.
