Owners are fantastic, and the space is very well kept.
I had a reservation set up for a small storage unit and was given a day to show up and sign the paperwork. I called ahead and am glad I did because I was then told the unit I reserved didn't exist and that the website was wrong even though it brought me through the whole process for registering for the storage unit and took my information for that. The woman I spoke with then tried to upsell me on a larger unit that was a great deal bigger and was pretty rude while doing so.
The man in the office was an angel helping me through the process of cleaning out my dad's storage room after his passing!
